Dr. Shabana Shamsuddin is a consultant Psychologist with 18 years of clinical experience who believes in the goodness and potential inherent in all human beings. Dr. Shabana holds a Ph. D in Psychology from University of Calicut. She has done an in-depth study on the Psychosocial aspects of Conduct disorders in adolescents and efficacy of intervention programme as part of her PhD program and has completed her training in Hypnotherapy. She offers her unconditional positive regard in her professional therapeutic practice for her clients to rise to life’s challenges by taking pride in their uniqueness and desire to learn, accept and transform. She has handled varied number of mental health issues, family and marital counselling, counselling of chronically and terminally ill patients. Dr. Shabana has worked with many hospitals, educational institutions, NGOs, and government projects as a consultant and in-house Psychologist. She is the Principal Psychologist and founder of Litmus Psychological Services that provides psychological support and training online. She has worked with Fortis Health Care and DaVita India- leaders in Kidney care, Rajah Medical Trust Hospital, Nirmala sadan-Institute for children with Intellectual disability, SM Hospital and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST). Dr. Shabana is a member of many national and international bodies. She is a lifetime member of Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, Indian Association of Clinical and Academic Hypnosis, a Graduate member of British Psychological Society (BPS) and a member of American Psychological Society (APA).
